How this simulation works
This is a teaching game. Its rules are simple, made-up numbers chosen to illustrate common trade-offs: AI can speed up exploration and prototyping, while data quality, checking outputs, experiments, and understanding users decide whether progress holds up. The numbers are not estimates from any study, and real projects are far messier.
The game runs entirely in your browser. It makes no AI calls, needs no sign-in, and collects no personal data.
